HEMP SEED FOODS
Post harvest the raw Hemp seeds are dried, cleaned and graded (sized) prior to be being hulled. The seed is quite fragile, vital throughout the entire process has been stored in climate controlled conditions.
The hulling process involves removing the outer crunchy shell from the inner soft kernel. Sounds simple enough? The machinery required to produce a clean white kernel post hulling, is quite complex.
Once hulled, the seed must be packed immediately. HHC nitrogen flush all packing, including bulk sacks. Hemp is unforgiving, once oxidisation set’s in, the purity and quality has been compromised. No second chances!
